What are your office hours?

The leasing office for Cabana Beach is open Monday through Friday 10am - 6pm, on Saturday from 12 - 5pm, and on Sunday from 1 - 4pm.

Where are the Cabana Beach Apartments located?

Our community is conveniently located just east of Interstate 35 off of Wonderworld Drive.

Do I need transportation?

No, Cabana Beach has our own private shuttle that will take you right to campus for free.  In addition the Texas State Tram is only two blocks from the property and will take you to campus at no charge.  Also the San Marcos City Bus stops right on the property and will take you all over the city at no charge for students.

What size apartments does Cabana Beach offer?

Fully furnished apartments are available in studio, two, three, or four bedroom configurations.  There`s something for everyone!

What does "fully furnished" mean?

Cabana Beach Student Housing provides the following modern furniture in each bedroom: bed, mattress, desk and chair. The living/dining room will have the following modern furniture/fixtures: refrigerator, sink, cabinets and counters, oven/range, table with four chairs, sofa, two chairs, end table and coffee table.

What is an individual lease?

Cabana Beach apartment leases are for each person in an apartment, not the apartment as a whole. This means you don’t have to worry about being held responsible for one of your roommate’s rent if they don’t pay.

If I don`t have an apartment mate or mates in mind, what happens?

Don’t worry, you aren’t the only one who may not have an apartment mate in mind. At Cabana Beach, we have a system for matching students together on various personality traits and interests. We’ll do the work to find you someone to live with.
